Heysham community engagement

A public meeting was held on 10 March 2009 to discuss potential new nuclear build at Heysham.

EDF Energy, which now incorporates British Energy, has nominated land next to the existing Heysham power stations as part of the Government's site assessment process.
A community meeting was held on 14 March 2008 to consult local residents and organisations about potential new build surrounding the Heysham site. Information presented to the community and notes of the meeting are available below:
