Hinkley Point site stakeholder group
As a key player in the local communities in which we operate, British Energy continues to place great emphasis on engaging local stakeholders and encouraging open dialogue. At Hinkley Point, British Energy and Magnox South hold regular joint meetings with local people, media, council and emergency services representatives and local politicians to ensure a healthy dialogue with our neighbours.
Meetings of the site stakeholder group are held three times a year. Notice of the meetings is posted in local newspapers. Members of the public and media are welcome to observe the meeting and to ask questions.
The next meeting will be held on Friday 25 June at the Training and Induction Centre, Hinkley Point B power station.
